Days like today, it just feel that I am working for Interactive Brokers. I do not have a lot of tolerance for losses, so I tend to exit soon if my trades don't move decisively my way, which in a choppy market like this one means: lots of trades, no gain, and plenty of $$$ / commissions for IB :-(
In fact, I ended up turning my computer off around noon.

Too bad. You missed some good trades in MA and V.
Keep your head up. Tomorrow's another day. You did uphold job #1, which is preserve capital.
